Avie Products is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any item you purchased from Avie Products, please read our return policy below, or contact us. We welcome your feedback.

You may return all undamaged items purchased from Avie Products or aviecue.com within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 60 days unless the product is defective. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. This site is a retail website for Cue the breast self-exam reminder and provides instructions on how to perform a breast self-exam in the form of an online video entitled, "Your Breast Self-Exam". Avie Products website content, products, and commentary are not intended to prevent, diagnose, or treat breast cancer or other breast health issues. Breast self-exams are not a substitute for mammograms or regular examinations by a qualified medical professional.
